Cynthia May Sprowls

Cynthia May Sprowls, age 70, of Ottawa, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Cindy was born March 18, 1955 in Aurora, Illinois to Armon Tuntland and Lulu "Bessie" (Keith) Tuntland. She married Robert Sprowls on May 8, 1975 in Ottawa, who passed away July 6, 2012. Cindy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; 2 cherished grandchildren; 1 sister and her husband; 5 brothers and their wives. She is also survived by several cousins, nephews and nieces, as well as many close friends. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Armon and Bessie Tuntland and her husband, Bob Sprowls.

All are welcome to attend a memorial service that will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1838 N 2753rd Road, Ottawa.
