Doris Ann Bielarz, age 51, of Ottawa, passed away Monday, January 14, 2013 in Ottawa.
Private family services will be at a later date. Gladfelter Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Doris was born October 3, 1961 at Chicago, Illinois, a daughter of Bob and Linda (Boin) Bielarz. She is survived by her father and step-mother, Bob and Gloria Bielarz; her mother, Linda Bielarz; two children, Christopher Harvey and Sabrina Faulk; two brothers, Bobby and Greg Bielarz; a sister, Laura Bielarz; and a very special friend, Tom Knott of Ottawa.
Doris was a member of St. Michael’s Church in Lombard. In her spare time, Doris enjoyed scuba diving, antique shopping and talking with her daughter on the phone.
