Edward E. Allen Jr.

It is with heavy hearts we announce that Edward E. Allen Jr., Eddie’s spirit, has left his wornout body and is now exploring the universe.

Eddie was known as a hard working man who was fiercely stubborn, good hearted, and a proud father and grandfather.  Although he was a man of few words, he loved telling jokes, even if they never quite landed.  He dedicated 40 plus years to Hank’s Restaurant as chef and co-owner.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his wife, Della, for a memorial in his honor.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
