OTTAWA – Frank Michael Mennie Picchi, age 64, of Ottawa, passed away Friday, March 11, 2016 at his residence.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home.
Frank was born May 1, 1951 at Rockford, Illinois, a son of Louie and Katherine (Armato) Picchi. He married Rebecca Stechman. Surviving are two daughters, Kim (Brian) Shaw of Granville and Deana (Lance Yednock) Picchi of Ottawa; two grandchildren, Janesa Stoudt and Colin Finan; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his foster mother, Anita Mennie, and a sister, Mary Ann McCormick.
Frank had been employed as an auto mechanic. He was a member of the Ottawa River Rescue for over forty years. Frank was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and enjoyed antique cars. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
