Infant Kaylee Jean Persky, 20 months, of Ottawa died Thursday, August 31, 2006 at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. Sunday at Gladfelter Funeral Homewith the Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Cremation will be accorded. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until time of services. Kaylee was born December 28, 2004 in Mattoon, IL to Cornell Johnson and Kristy Persky. She is survived by her parents, Maternal grandparents, Ted and Debra Bain of Ottawa dn Kenneth Persky of Chicago; her aunt, Katie and uncles, Karl and Kenny and several great aunts and uncles.
