Mary G. Ross

Mary Grace Ross, age 59, of Ottawa, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Goldwater Care in Pontiac with her loving husband and daughters at her side.

Mary was born August 22, 1966 at The Azores, Portugal, to Juan and Isabel (Costa) Brihante. She married Ronald Ross July 7, 1995 in Ottawa. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Ron, who affectionately referred to her as "my little sweetie; her daughters, Amanda (Joshua) Rodrigues of Ottawa and Sarah (Marino) Ross Sandoval of Evanston; and grandchildren Milo and Mateo Rodrigues. She also leaves her mother, Isabell Costa; and brothers John (Maria) Brihante of Newark, NJ and Edward Brihante of Florida. Mary was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Anita Brihante.

Mary was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed scrapbooking in her leisure time. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24th at Gladfelter-Roetker Funeral Home with memorial services at 7:00 p.m. Private interment will be in St. Columba Cemetery at a later date.
