Hally Brown

Hally Brown, age 64, of Norway, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, December 17th at Gladfelter-Roetker Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday.

Hally was born July 5, 1957 in Ottawa, Illinois the son of Dale and Mary (Whiteside) Brown.  He married Brenda Catton October 15, 1983 in Ottawa.  Surviving are his loving wife, Brenda; and daughters Samantha (David) Sillman of Spruce Pine, NC and Katrina Brown of Rockford.  Hally was preceded in death by his parents.

Hally had been the IT Manager for Superior Ambulance in Elmhurst for over 20 years.  He was a member of the Sandwich Photographic Society and had served on the Sheridan and Serena Fire Departments.  He was a man of varied interests such as photography, woodworking, computer technology and making electronic devices.  The time he treasured most was that spent with his loving and devoted family.
