Steven A. Miller

Steven A. Miller, 58, of Ottawa, Illinois passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at OSF St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford, IL after having a stroke and complications from influenza, pneumonia and Covid 19.  He was born March 19, 1962 in Ottawa, IL the son of Robert A. and Mabel E. (Beguin) Miller. He married Cheryl L. Rexroat on August 26, 1988 in Ottawa, IL.

Steve loved his dogs Sadie, Heavenly and Lily.  He loved music and enjoyed singing along with the music making up words he did not know.  He kept us in stitches with the words he made up when singing.  He loved being with his family and having fun. 

He is survived by his wife Cheryl of Ottawa; two brothers, Cecil Miller of Ottawa and John (Angela) Miller of Dixon and two sisters Carol (Ed) Hecathorn of Leland and Diana Walsh of Leland; nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Jeff, his brother-in-law Jim, and his in-laws.
